Three rounds of user testing

I've just finished three rounds of user testing of obsurvey, with incremental improvements each time. The tests show that new users have a much easier time using obsurvey now. We've fixed some minor bugs, improved the tooltips, made selection of predefined ratings in rating questions into a wizard, increased the undo/redo icons visibility, and many other small improvements.
